End of the week... weekend... and a great time
Well... it's the end of the week, weekend and bank holiday. Can't really help but feel down for a few reasons. Work tomorrow isn't helping, but I spose I will feel better when I get into work. Otherwise, I've had one of the greatest weeks you can ever think of, thanks Emma :D:D
Saturday started off as a quick trip to town to look at the market. I bought myself a wonderful digital clock for the living room and Emma bought 2 keyring thingys to put photo's in. We then went on from this small shopping trip to a quick pub lunch. Don't read too much into the "quick" part of that cos it certainly wasn't quick. We waited for about 30 mins for a table in the pub at MK central. Eventually, grabbing a table after being beaten to 3 other tables by old battle-axe grannies, we ordered food. 1 very nice burger and 3 pints later we decide to wander off.... to the next pub! The Hog's head, a name Emma probably doesn't want to hear, nor visit ever again LOL!. We ended up in here from 3PM until 9:30PM. I think i drank something like 10 or 12 pints, I dunno, I can't remember, but Emma went through at least 2,3, maybe 4 bottles of wine. Maybe more. She was a lil tipsy, so much so she can't remember half the night. Shot a few games of pool, had long chats and really had quite a good time in the good company of Emma :D:D. Got home, had chinese that Emma doesn't remember, got Sweet and Sour sauce all over kitchen (litterally, all over washing machine, cupboards, drawers, sides, etc).
Sunday was speant recovering. Especially for Emma later on in the day. I had a bad hangover from approx 8AM until about 11AM. Emma's hangover started about 11AM. She really, REALLY, shouldn't of banged me on the head and screamed and shouted about not having a hangover. All young minxes get their comupance :P. To try and clear our heads we went for a walk to Willen lake and back (with a quick pit stop in the pub lol). However in the pub we only drank diet coke. I think we both had enough alcohol in our blood streams to last a week. Once back home, a lazy evening. We ended up watching TV all night and cooking stuff.... healthy mashed chips and turkey burgers lol! Early night followed as we were both tired.
Today was speant relaxing as well. We went shopping and ended meeting famous people. Milton keynes had a "collectorama" day and famous Sci-fi stars were signing autographs. We got Ray Parks (Darth Maul from Star Wars episode 1) autograph and had a quick natter with him. We even got a photo!!! I also spotted Gates McFadden, Cypher from "The Matrix", the lil dood that plays Boba Fett's son in episode 2 of Star Trek, the doody lil lad that plays Anikin SkyWalker from StarWars Episode 1 and the irish lad from Harry Potter films.
All in all, a very good weekend. Been very happy and enjoyed myself. Thanks Emma!!! :D:D:D
